Shipping information

How long will it take to ship my order: Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped. Please note we currently take approximately 8-10 business days to prepare your order before we ship it. Select your shipping method accordingly to allow plenty of time.

Shipping Duration: Shipping times vary based on location and the chosen shipping speed at checkout. Delivery standards are estimates of how long it will take for the mail to be delivered. They’re not guaranteed.

Automated Options: Automated shipping options are available for selection during checkout. Delivery standards are estimates of how long it will take for the mail to be delivered. Although we make every effort to meet these delivery standards, they’re not guaranteed. Delivery times exclude the day of mailing.

Custom Quotes: If the displayed rates don't align with your preferences, please contact us for a customized quote that suits your budget and requirements. Please include the following information when inquiring about a quote: Full government address, phone number, date needed by.

Carrier Responsibility: Please note that we are not liable for carrier delays. Select your shipping method accordingly to allow plenty of time.

Customs and Taxes: KASHNI is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All such fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Recommended Timing: We advise placing your orders as early as possible. Please also choose shipping options accordingly as we do also have a fulfillment period prior to shipping.

International Orders: For international customers, please reach out to discuss shipping options that ensure timely delivery.

How many pictures can we put in the attachments/lockets?

Number of Pictures: Each locket can hold two pictures (front and back). A single attachment allows for two pictures, while a pair (two attachments) allows for a total of four pictures (front and back on each locket).

Picture Printing Service: We offer a Picture Service for professionally printing, sizing (to fit a circle), cutting, and inserting your pictures into purchased attachments. Alternatively, you may print and insert your pictures yourself.

Picture Requirements: Please ensure pictures are not cut-off, blurry, or poor in quality. Faces should not be too close to the edges. Pictures need to fit a 30mm locket, so ensure there's ample background space for framing. Note that we do not provide photo editing services or apply filters; pictures will be printed as provided, shaped into a circle.

Service Purchase: The Picture Service needs to be purchased only once per order. Multiple purchases indicate you need extra prints!

How long are the attachments?

Standard Size: Our attachments are typically about 8 inches in length - as they are handmade lengths can vary and can be customized to fit your Kalire. Please specify the desired length in the notes during checkout.

Customization Time: Customizing attachment lengths may require an additional processing day.

Do you provide refunds or exchanges?

Policy Overview: We are unable to process refunds or exchanges except for rare shipping-related damages. We take utmost care in protecting our products during transit and are committed to providing refunds or facilitating direct exchanges in such cases.
