How long does shipping take?
- Shipping is generated based on location and which shipping speed you select at checkout.
- Automated shipping options are available for customers to select at checkout.
- If rates at checkout are not a good fit, please email us for a customized quote that may fit your budget and needs.
- Please note that we are not liable for any carrier delays. Please select shipping accordingly.
KASHNI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
How far in advance should I place my order?
- We always recommend placing your orders as soon as possible.
- If you are an international customer, we recommend getting in touch so we can offer shipping options that fit your needs to make sure you have enough time to get your order.
How many pictures can we put in the attachments/lockets?
- Every locket is capable of holding two pictures (front and back).
- If you purchase a single attachment, you can attach two pictures (front and back).
- If you purchase a pair (two attachments), you can attach a total of four pictures (front+back on each locket).
Do you print the pictures for us?
Update: Please note this service is temporarily unavailable at this time in efforts to keep up with the increased demand of orders. Thank you for your patience.
- We offer a Picture Service, in which, for an additional fee, we professionally print, size (turn into a circle), cut and insert your pictures in the attachments you purchase.
- You have the option of printing and inserting your pictures yourself or you may purchase our "Picture Service" for an additional fee.
- Please note we do not provide a photo editing service; we will not be able to Photoshop or apply filters to your pictures. They will be printed as is. We only shape the provided image into a circle.
- Tips: Avoid sending pictures that are cut-off, any faces too close to the edge, or blurry, or poor-quality pictures. Remember your pictures need to fit a 30mm locket, so please ensure there is enough room in the background to make an adequate cut for the frame.
- Please note that you only need to purchase the Picture Service once per order.
How long are your attachments?
- Our standard sizing is around 8 inches, but the length can be modified to fit your Kalire.
- Please indicate the length when purchasing your attachments in the notes at checkout.
- Please note that if you are customizing your attachments to a different length, we may need an additional day to process this request.

Do you provide refunds or exchanges?
- Unfortunately, we're unable to process refunds or exchanges, except for rare shipping-related damages. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure our product is a good fit.
- We take great care to protect our products during transit. If such damage occurs, we're committed to providing a refund or facilitating a direct exchange.
- We always recommend placing an order with room for error, shipping delays out of control are not grounds for a refund.
- If you have any questions, we strongly recommend getting in touch before making a purchase to ensure that our products meet your specific requirements.
